    The NBA has suspended Los Angeles Clippers guard Patrick Beverley one game without pay for shoving Phoenix Suns star Chris Paul from behind in Game 6 of the Western Conference finals Wednesday. Beverley will serve the suspension during the first contest he's "eligible to play" next season. After the Clippers called a timeout with the Suns up 26 and 5:49 remaining, Beverley pushed Paul to the floor as the latter was walking toward his bench. Beverley was then ejected from the game.

    Beverley shoved All-Star Suns guard Chris Paul in the back during a pause in play with 5:49 left, with the game already out of hand in a blowout 130-103 Game 6 Phoenix victory on Thursday, June 30. At the time of the game, Beverley was given a technical foul and ejected from action.
