    The Chicago White Sox have designated veteran left-hander Dallas Keuchel for assignment, the team announced Saturday, according to Paul Sullivan of the Chicago Tribune. The former AL Cy Young winner struggled to start the season, authoring a 7.88 ERA and 6.20 FIP over eight starts. Keuchel, 34, is in the final guaranteed year of a three-year, $55.5M deal that includes a $20-million team option for 2023.
